Michael,

Larisa and I would like to extend our warmest appreciation to you for all of your hard work on both of the homes you have designed and built for us.

When we met, we had been looking at a lot in Shellpoint Subd in Mt Pleasant but really were not sure how to proceed with building a home there.
We had the dream and you helped us turn our vision into what is now our home.
You were so helpful during the entire process, including all of your work with the Architectural Review board, the local building authorities and the manufacturer of the home itself.
We really have been surprised at what can be done with a custom modular home. You would never be able to tell that this home was partially built in another state!
The 3 dimensional virtual tours of the design before we began building it were so helpful in making sure that the home turned out just as we planned, and your knowledge of design and off site construction truly helped to shape our beautiful home.
After having now built 2 homes with you, we can not imagine using another builder on our next endeavor.
You have become a good friend and part of our family as we have become a part of yours.

Dynamic Design Team,

Attention: Michael Peifer and Frank Lewis

Kelly and I would like to extend our thanks to Frank, Michael and the entire team at Dynamic Design/Build for the excellent business relationship we have shared over the past several years and multiple projects together. Your dedication to excellence and client relationships has been the reason that we have built our personal home, an investment home and our beach home with you.
The time that you take during the custom design phase to ensure that the home will be exactly what we expected, and your willingness to work with our specific needs has truly set your company apart from your competitors.
Both our personal home and our beach home were designed specifically for us in the computer before they were built on our property which enabled us to see in virtual reality what we really wanted to accomplish.
If it were not for this design phase I do not believe we would have been as satisfied with the end result, or been able to visualize many of the adjustments that were necessary to make the homes more beautiful and functional.
We truly love and enjoy all 3 of our custom modular homes, as well as the excellent investment they have been for our family, and look forward to working with you on many projects in the future!
